On Wednesday morning in Wittmann, Arizona, the Maricopa County Sheriffs office uncovered a puppy mill housing over 100 animals and a three-year old child. Most of the animals were bulldog puppies, that were suffering from a wide range of injuries after living in horrific conditions.
